Accident & Collision Towing
Collision scene clearing and transport to the body shop or storage facility of your choice — with the documentation your insurer will ask for.
After a collision, the towing decision gets made quickly and often badly. You have the right to choose where your vehicle goes. It does not have to go wherever the first truck on scene wants to take it.
Call emergency services first if anyone is injured or the scene is blocking traffic. Once people are safe, the vehicle becomes a logistics problem: it needs to leave the scene, and where it goes first matters, because moving it a second time costs money.
We transport to the body shop you choose, the facility your insurer directs, or secure storage while you decide. If you do not yet know, say so — a vehicle sitting at the wrong facility accumulates storage charges you did not agree to.
Every collision tow we do is photographed before loading. Those photos establish the condition of the vehicle at the moment we took custody of it, which protects both you and us if damage is later disputed.

What happens when you call
- 1
Emergency services first
If anyone is hurt or the scene is unsafe, call 911 before you call us.
- 2
Decide the destination
Your body shop, your insurer's facility, or storage. You choose — tell dispatch when you call.
- 3
Documented pickup
The driver photographs the vehicle's condition before it is touched, which establishes what state it was in when we took custody.
- 4
Transport and paperwork
The vehicle is delivered and you receive a digital tow ticket with photos and charges — the record your insurer will ask for.
Questions about accident recovery
- Do I have to use the tow truck that shows up at the scene?
- No. You choose who tows your vehicle and where it goes. If a truck arrives you did not call, you are not obligated to use it.
- Will my insurance cover the tow?
- Most collision policies include towing, but coverage and limits vary. Keep the tow ticket — it is the document your adjuster will want.
- Can you store the vehicle while I sort out insurance?
- Ask the dispatcher when you call. Storage arrangements and daily rates must be confirmed with the office before the vehicle is dropped.
