Emergency Fuel Delivery
Enough fuel delivered roadside to get you to the nearest station.
Running out of fuel is usually a gauge problem or a longer drive than expected. Either way, we bring enough to get you moving to a station rather than filling the tank at the roadside.
Tell us whether the vehicle takes gasoline or diesel when you call. Putting the wrong fuel in a tank is a far more expensive problem than running out of it.
If you have already run the tank completely dry in a diesel, the system may need priming before it will start. The driver will tell you if that is the case rather than cranking the starter until it fails.
Fuel is charged at the delivered cost plus the service call. Ask the dispatcher for the figures when you call.

Questions about fuel delivery
- How much fuel do you bring?
- Enough to reach a station comfortably, not a full tank. Roadside fuel is a rescue, not a fill-up.
- My diesel ran completely dry. Will it just start?
- Not always. Some diesel systems need priming or bleeding after running dry. The driver will assess it and tell you if the vehicle needs to go to a shop.
- I put the wrong fuel in my tank. Can you help?
- Do not start the engine. Call us — the vehicle needs to be towed to a shop to have the tank drained, and running it makes the repair dramatically worse.
